referring professionals can contact our team regarding urgent placement requirements. We will review the

 young person’s needs, risks and circumstances to determine whether we can provide a suitable

Floating Support

 Our floating support service helps young adults maintain their independence while living in their own home or move-on accommodation. Support is flexible and tailored to each individual, with scheduled visits focused on maintaining stability and developing independent living skills.
